To insert columns in Notes List right click on the column header in the Notezilla's Notes List. The column header is the area where Title, Reminder, Tags, Date Modified buttons are shown.

When you right click, the following Column Chooser window is shown.

Now, just drag a column button from Column Chooser window to the column header in the Notes List
