Notezilla lets you password protect a sticky note so that it cannot be read or edited. Also, the note is encrypted so that it cannot be read from the database too.
A single master password is used to lock/unlock any note. If you are locking a note for the first time after installing Notezilla, you will be requested to set a master password. You can change this master password using Preferences.
Right-click on the note's title or toolbar and choose the Lock menu item
to lock the note. A locked note is always rolled up so that its content cannot be seen or edited.
To unlock a locked note, click on the lock icon from the note toolbar. The Unlock/Remove Lock window will appear. Type the password and choose the Unlock button to unlock.
To relock a note, click on the lock icon again from the note toolbar.
To remove the lock permanently, click on the lock icon from the note toolbar. The Unlock/Remove Lock window will appear with an extra 'Remove Lock' button. Type the password and choose the 'Remove Lock' button to remove the lock.
