If you work on multiple computers (typically between home & office) or if your company rules do not allow you to install any software on your computer, you can carry NoteZilla sticky notes program and its data on a USB Flash Drive/Pen Drive.

You do not have to install NoteZilla on any of the computers. Just insert the drive into your computer and run NoteZilla from it. NoteZilla does not create any files on the computer's hard drive.

Installing NoteZilla Portable on a USB Flash Drive

Uncompress all the files from NoteZillaPortable.zip and copy them to a folder on the USB Flash Drive
Run NoteZilla.exe from the copied files. That's it! :)

Where is my data stored on the USB Flash Drive?

NoteZilla Portable creates a sub-folder called "Data" inside the folder that contains all its program files.

How to install newer builds of NoteZilla Portable on the USB Flash Drive?

Just download the newer build of NoteZillaPortable.zip from the above link.
Uncompress all the files from NoteZillaPortable.zip into the same folder which contains the older NoteZilla Portable program files. Overwrite all existing files.
Run NoteZilla.exe

Is NoteZilla Portable based on U3 or Ceedo compatible?

NoteZilla Portable is not made U3 or Ceedo compatible because we want it to work on any USB Flash Drive (including U3/Ceedo smart drives, iPod, external harddrive etc).

Update: One of our customers indicated that he could successfully run NoteZilla Portable on U3 drive using a software called PackageFactory. Note that we haven't tested NoteZilla Portable with PackageFactory.
